Pgbet Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If the event organizer changes the result or cancels the event
• Evidence of match fixing or manipulation
• Bets accepted in abnormal amounts due to a system error

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

Pgbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have accepted the associated terms.

5.1 Wagering requirements

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of BDT 30,000 in bets before withdrawing. Full terms for each promotion will be stated separately.

5.2 Bonus abuse

Any abuse of the pgbet bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or engaging in arbitrage betting, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts within the same household or on the same device is prohibited
• Claiming bonuses while using a VPN is not permitted
• Bonuses may only apply to specific games or betting categories
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled

6. Transaction & Payment Policy

Pgbet supports deposits and withdrawals via various mobile banking and electronic wallet methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

6.1 Deposit rules

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited

6.2 Withdrawal rules

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
• Pgbet may request additional verification for suspicious transactions

9. Account Suspension & Termination Policy

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Abusing the bonus system or promotions
• Involvement in cheating, match fixing, or fraud
• Involvement in money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Harassing or intimidating other users or pgbet staff

9.1 Balance refund

If an account is closed due to a breach of pgbet's policies, any bonuses or winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. However, pgbet will consider returning any remaining balance from legitimate deposits, subject to full verification.
